As Below, So Above

Client: All Star Children’s Foundation

All Star Children’s Foundation is building a brighter future for children in foster care through innovation, science, and compassion.

The organization was in need of foster parent recruitment materials showing what life is like on their beautiful 5-acre campus. We produced a video on campus at All Star in one of their five foster care homes.

Conceptually, “As Below, So Above” is a play on the expansive metaphor “As Above, so Above,” alluding to how foster parents nurture the roots of the kids in their care, and what affect their involvement with All Star will have on the child, the community - and ultimately - society as a whole. We used trees throughout the piece to illustrate and bring the messaging together. This piece was one part of a suite of collateral for their foster parent recruitment efforts.

All Star employs dedicated wrap-around services and case management provided for the kids living on campus. Their holistic approach reimagines the living situations of children living in foster care — something we can totally get behind!
